Return or Exchange Policy

At Nutridiva, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we're here to help.

Returns

  • You have 07 calendar days to ask for return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
  • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges

  • We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged.

  • In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us with details of the product and the defect.

  • You can send the item you consider defective to our address by contacting us.

  • Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect.

  • If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.
